Kevin Bush - Adventures in Drywall

Kevin is the quintessential salesman.  During an industry show Walls & Ceilings magazine noticed his unique skill for addressing the public.   Shortly after that he found himself writing an piece for the magazine called Adventures in Drywall.  You can tell when you talk to Kevin that he knows his business.  We discuss all aspects pertaining to drywall and beyond.  Kevin and I hit it off right away and its evident in this episode, the 34th episode of The Drywall Podcast that there might be more to this interview down the road.  I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed interviewing. 

Sean Murry - Drywall Nerd

Kyle Catling - Drywall Junkies

Kyle started Drywall Junkies around the time Facebook Groups were just starting.  To his knowledge he feels Drywall Junkies (as it was known at the time) was the very first drywall page out there.  It took a while for the page to get legs but now they have a following of over 50K and a whole bunch of swag to back it up.  Kyle is a true hustler and he specializes in drywall hanging/boarding.  We talk plenty about the industry and where Drywall Junkies is headed next on this, the 32nd episode of The Drywall Podcast.

Sculpture Artist #3 Bernie Mitchell

I've been wanting to interview Bernie for a long time.  His knowledge of the industry and artistic ability makes way for some extraordinary work.  His work went viral after Brian Kitchen, of Drywall Nation, made a video of Bernie doing one of his amazing sculptures.  Since then, he's received offers to create sculptures all over the globe and has been in several publications.  I got a chance to meet Bernie at a recent CSR event in Toronto CA and he's just as lovely in real life as he is on the internet.  If you haven't seen his work you should absolutely check it out.  But before you do that you can learn a ton about Bernie on the 29th podcast of The Drywall Podcast.

Keith Peterson - Sculpture Artist #2

Keith has been doing Fresco Harmony for years but what inspires me is his ability to sculpt the medium.  Keith is a true artist in every sense of the word.  We discuss his family lineage, Fresco Harmony, mold, and a little bit about the southwestern landscape.  I've known Keith for a long time and I feel our relationship has deepened with this the 28th podcast on The Drywall Podcast.  I hope you enjoy it!

Murry Jordan - Optimum Drywall

Columbia Tools - Part 2

Mike Rauchut - The Yellow Jacket

If you don't know Mike he's the inventor of The Yellow Jacket mixing stand.  It's the first tool of its kind and it was made buy a guy like you and me.  The Yellow Jacket is a bucket holder that holds the bucket from the top to prevent spin and prevent buckets from falling over.  I've know Mike for a bit and I love his zest for the trades and his passion for his invention.  Mike is also an avid drummer and plays out several times a month.  Mike is an old school union carpenter that's done his share of drywall and that's where The Yellow Jacket comes in.  We have a great time talking shop on this, the 25th podcast on The Drywall Podcast.
